Hotel

A block booking has been made in various hotels in the city of Strasbourg. They are all located within walking distance or a short tram ride away from the Conference location. Please note that bookings must be made by 10 September to guarantee your room using the reservation form. All queries should be sent directly to hotel@strasbourg-events.com

(Note: A European Parliament Session is taking place in Strasbourg during the week of the Conference so block booking has had to be made in small contingents with a large number of hotels. As we would not be able to guarantee your first choice of hotel, you are requested to simply book a category and the hotel service will endeavour to meet your request.)

Transport information

In addition to the city airport situated 10 km from the city centre (20-25 minutes by bus shuttle), Strasbourg can easily be reached from other international airports such as Karlsruhe- Baden or Basel-Mulhouse, located in proximity. Positioned on the intersection of all the major European road and train routes, the city can also be very easily reached by train or by car.

The Palais des Congrès is well located in the city of Strasbourg and easily accessible.
